RV Inspection Service
DBRVI performs RV inspections for buyers, sellers, finance companies, banks, credit unions, insurance companies and extended-warranty companies. We inspect all makes and models of recreational vehicles to include Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, Toy Haulers, Motorhomes Class A, B or C.
Don Baker RV Inspections LLC inspects each RV using our proprietary inspection software – RV Inspector Professional™.
The RV inspection service is performed based on the VIN # of the exact RV as identified in the RV inspection contract. The purchaser of the RV inspection contract must guarantee access to the RV and must provide full hook-up service to the RV, including the following:
Running water
Appropriate electrical service (20, 30, 50 AMP)
Stable, dry flat parking surface
Access or keys to all doors including entry door and storage compartments
Preferably sewage hook-up, but not mandatory
NOTE: IDEALLY THE RV WILL BE PARKED AT A RV PARK WHERE FULL HOOK-UP FACILITIES ARE INCLUDED WITH A DAILY SITE RENTAL.
Some people involved in the buy or sell transaction of a RV want to ask questions during the inspection process. The inspection process is very involved and extensive and will take on average approximately 5 hours, therefore it is our objective to keep interruptions to a minimum.
We do not disclose our inspection results to anyone verbally, including the purchaser of the inspection contract.
Only the purchaser of the RV inspection contract will receive the completed inspection reports. Don Baker RV Inspections, LLC does not offer copies of any inspection report to any other party for any reason, other than by court order.
Our inspection report is delivered via electronic mail and is available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF format). The inspection contract purchaser is granted an inspection report review period (up to 1 hour) with the actual RV inspector who performed the work to discuss the findings.
PRICING
Our fees range from $249.00 to $849.00*
*Due to the fact that there are numerous makes & models of RV’s in the USA today, many of which are similar in design but SO different in features and accessories, our final pricing is determined at contract execution time and is based on the following:
Make, Year & Model of the RV
Location – Includes up to 100 miles round-trip from our location in Kingsland, TX 78639
Fluid draws for Lab analysis (motorhome)
The inspection procedure takes on average 5 hours to complete
Produces an extensive printed report – View sample report (file size: 4 MB)
Includes explicit quality photographs
We accept all major Credit Cards
